You will see a tremendous loss of fat when you refrain from drinking sodas regularly. Instead take orange juice or grape juice or many other fruit drinks. Well also should know to stay away from processed foods but every now and then it's okay to take a cheat meal.&lt;br /&gt;Here is a sample day:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Oatmeal or a cereal&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Any kind of fruit&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Some meat or if your a vegetarian replace with something else like peanuts&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Peanut butter with wheat bread&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Well good  luck and eat healthy. But should we really be aiming for that look? I say we should aim to be better. We should try and express ourselves to the fullest. For my first post I'll give you&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt; one exercise  that you can start doing today and have awesome results&lt;/span&gt;. &lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Remember&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; a good diet is also part of the equation to have a &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;8 pack&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Here are some pictures of me after doing these exercises and many other exercises ill show you.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://i115.photobucket.com/albums/n290/padave/bb2.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="cursor: pointer; width: 182px; height: 152px;" src="http://i115.photobucket.com/albums/n290/padave/bb2.jpg" alt="" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://i115.photobucket.com/albums/n290/padave/bb1.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="cursor: pointer; width: 151px; height: 153px;" src="http://i115.photobucket.com/albums/n290/padave/bb1.jpg" alt="" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Well Lets get started.
