Lets start a fresh today and talk about something that will help that mid section disappear. DIETING! You will see a tremendous loss of fat when you refrain from drinking sodas regularly. Instead take orange juice or grape juice or many other fruit drinks. Well also should know to stay away from processed foods but every now and then it's okay to take a cheat meal. Here is a sample day:
Oatmeal or a cereal
Any kind of fruit
Some meat or if your a vegetarian replace with something else like peanuts
Peanut butter with wheat bread
